For asset owners

A long-term owner for the plant, and the capital behind it.

We acquire the mechanical and energy infrastructure serving the asset, fund its replacement across the term, and deliver contracted performance back to the owner. The real estate, the operations, and the day-to-day decisions remain where they are.

What this gives the owner
What the assessment delivers
Two ways in

Two points of entry.

Assets in service

We acquire the plant in place, replace what has reached the end of its life, and operate the whole of it under the agreement. Proceeds are unrestricted and paid at closing.

Assets in development

On new construction we can fund and own the energy infrastructure within the project from design stage. The EISA proceeds reduce the equity required at financial close.

Where we work

Essential community infrastructure.

We work where the plant is at end of life and the owner cannot fund its replacement. That condition runs across essential community infrastructure, such as independent hospitals and senior care, the campuses that anchor their communities, the multifamily buildings people call home, and hospitality assets carrying their own utilities.

Healthcare

Independent rural and community hospitals, county and district hospitals, nonprofit senior living and continuing care, and independent behavioral health.

Institutional

Universities and campuses that are the local anchor.

Multifamily

Mid-vintage residential stock facing an integrated plant replacement.

Hospitality

Owner-paid utilities and brand-standard capital cycles. Selectively.
